What you will do

• Lead the global platform team and define the technical direction for building, deploying, and operating infrastructure.
• Drive a major architectural shift, modernizing the stack and consolidating legacy systems.
• Implement AI-native engineering foundations, utilizing AI tooling and agents to increase organizational productivity.
• Develop internal developer platforms, focusing on CI/CD, observability, and standardized tooling.
• Ensure extreme system reliability with a baseline of 99.9%+ uptime for 100M+ monthly sessions.
• Manage the complexity of data residency, compliance, and localization across multiple international markets.

Requirements

• Experience leading platform engineering at high-traffic scale (100M+ sessions, multi-region, cloud-native).
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and developer experience (DevEx).
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML models and infrastructure into production at scale.
• Ability to lead teams through major architectural transitions without compromising velocity.
• Experience in attracting and developing top-tier engineering talent.
• Must be based in Poland.
