Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead NOAM Retail RevOps strategy and execution, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent GTM cadence.
  • Own the weekly business cadence with GTM leadership, delivering narratives on pipeline health and performance trends.
  • Drive forecasting rigor across EOM, EOQ, and EOY to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) in partnership with GTM and Finance.
  • Analyze quota attainment, coverage, and capacity to provide data-driven resourcing recommendations.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing RevOps team, developing talent and elevating standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations, or similar (MBA is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in a GTM environment such as Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, or FP&A.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience in hybrid or remote settings.
  • Proven experience owning planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
  • Advanced analytical skills for designing and governing KPIs across the customer journey.
  • Must be based in Ontario, Canada
