What you will do
- Lead deep-dive analyses on high-priority strategic topics such as pricing models and onboarding simplification.
- Drive high-impact initiatives from initial opportunity identification and incubation through to execution and iteration.
- Manage day-to-day operations, program management, and strategic pivots for assigned initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance to ensure full-lifecycle outcomes.
- Support the development of resource planning, priorities, and goal setting for the Pro Max program.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders to facilitate data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
- Functional experience in operations, strategy, or growth within the SaaS space.
- Proficiency in conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including customer research and segmentation.
- Ability to manage multiple business streams across various platforms and data sets.
- Experience in performance measuring and forecasting to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
