What you will do

• Develop and advance strategic relationships with international payers and brokers to expand global patient access.
• Draft and negotiate complex contract language and analyze market dynamics in Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Serve in an operational leadership role for a defined RSI team or process on an enterprise or high-impact basis.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and effectiveness within the assigned area.
• Coordinate team roles and work assignments to ensure successful delivery of outputs.
• Travel approximately 30–40% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a healthcare organization.
• Direct experience in Pricing/Chargemaster, Medicare Reimbursement, Actuarial Science, Payment Reform, or Revenue Analytics.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong skills in team leadership, stakeholder management, and quantitative analysis.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in insurance contract negotiations specifically within Latin America and the Caribbean.
