What you will do

  • Manage monthly and quarterly revenue close, including revenue recognition and deferred revenue reconciliations.
  • Operationalize ASC 606 policies for subscriptions, imaging services, and bundled offerings.
  • Lead revenue accounting readiness for new product launches in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Design and implement scalable in-house revenue accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for revenue-related audit requests and preparations.
  • Evaluate new products and contract terms for accounting impact prior to launch.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical expertise in ASC 606 and its application to evolving revenue models.
  • Big 4 public accounting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to build processes from the ground up in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven experience translating business intent into accounting implications for cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling revenue accounting using automation or AI-enabled tools.
  • Exposure to healthcare, subscription-based businesses, or technology-enabled services.
  • Experience implementing revenue automation tools and reporting systems.
