What you will do

• Act as senior finance escalation point, owning pipeline-to-revenue frameworks and month-end outcomes.
• Oversee revenue governance, forecast accuracy, recognition guardrails, and cash conversion.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, margin leakage, and participate in contract reviews.
• Manage monthly close processes, controls, and reporting for the service line.
• Build standardized dashboards, playbooks, operating cadences, and forward-looking forecasts.
• Lead and develop Client Finance Managers, deliver insights to leadership, and foster client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive finance experience in pharma services/agency environments
• 5+ years in supervisory role
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related; advanced degree preferred
• Proven success managing teams or large client portfolios in services organizations
• Deep experience with stakeholders in FP&A, Accounting, Sales Ops, BD, Delivery in matrixed settings
• Strong command of revenue mechanics (T&M, fixed-fee/milestone), backlog, cash conversion
• Builder mindset for standardizing, automating, scaling processes, dashboards, KPIs
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
