What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery conversations to uncover prospects' goals, challenges, and compliance needs.
  • Deliver tailored product demos showcasing hirify.global’s GRC automation value.
  • Guide prospects through sandbox environments or proof-of-concept evaluations.
  • Build mutual action plans, solution designs, and business cases to build partner confidence.
  • Support sales in articulating differentiation, winning deals, and post-sale handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Product on market feedback and contribute to internal sales tools and competitive intelligence.
  • Support renewals and upsells by identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years in PreSales, Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting
  • Current or previous titles: presales, solution engineer, sales engineer, or solution consultant
  • Hands-on experience supporting B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Experience conducting product demos, technical discovery, and solution presentations for mid-market/enterprise customers.
  • Worked closely with Account Executives, Sales, and Customer Success during sales cycles.
  • Direct involvement in technical qualification, requirements gathering, and scoping needs.
  • Built solution architectures, integration workflows, or technical proposals.
  • Strong in RFP responses, technical documentation, POC support, and deal strategy.
