What you will do
- Partner with Account Directors to uncover business and technical needs via workshops and discovery sessions.
- Lead solution design and ensure alignment with customer goals and future-state vision.
- Deliver high-impact standard and customized product demonstrations.
- Translate solution value into clear business outcomes and ROI narratives for stakeholders and executives.
- Support tenders, proposals, and sales strategies, including solution scoping and bill of materials.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to share customer insights and market feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience running solution workshops, discovery sessions, and business analysis activities.
- Strong understanding of software applications and solution architecture.
- Proven understanding of Local Government Planning Legislation and council planning schemes in Victoria.
- Background in local government, public sector, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting presales or implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Degree in Planning, Business, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in Planning & Building systems or Local Government solutions.
