Solutions Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or in Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; Salt Lake City, UT)

Salary: $98,200 – $105,100 USD (commission-eligible)

What you will do

• Lead custom product demonstrations based on customer business processes and workflows.
• Provide objective feedback to Account Managers regarding product and feature compatibility.
• Support up-selling opportunities to existing customers to drive recurring revenue.
• Address and reposition customer objections by proposing creative workflow solutions.
• Create clear technical documentation and approach for the implementation team.
• Manage industry-specific scripts and respond to technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of success in assisting sales organizations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into practical business context.
