TL;DR

Location: Remote across the United States

Salary: $124,600 – $220,000 depending on experience and location

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Marketing on GTM design, execution, and building revenue enablement function.
  • Own messaging, value proposition, product differentiation, and communication to HR professionals.
  • Create sales decks, battle cards, collateral, enablement materials, thought leadership, case studies, and presentations.
  • Drive launch strategies for new products and features with cross-functional alignment.
  • Measure Sales and GTM productivity, create business reviews, training, certifications, onboarding, and bootcamps.
  • Leverage sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, AI tools) and manage sales communications, rewards, and events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales, product marketing, or sales enablement in B2B SaaS, exceeding targets, understanding HR sales.
  • 3+ years leadership experience preferred; builder mindset for IC infrastructure building.
  • Self-directed, adaptable learner in fast-paced environment with high expectations.
  • Product-obsessed with ability to simplify complex leave management via teaching materials.
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, rapport-building, active listening.
