Location: Remote across the United States
Salary: $124,600 – $220,000 depending on experience and location

What you will do
- Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, and Marketing on GTM design, execution, and building revenue enablement function.
- Own messaging, value proposition, product differentiation, and communication to HR professionals.
- Create sales decks, battle cards, collateral, enablement materials, thought leadership, case studies, and presentations.
- Drive launch strategies for new products and features with cross-functional alignment.
- Measure Sales and GTM productivity, create business reviews, training, certifications, onboarding, and bootcamps.
- Leverage sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, AI tools) and manage sales communications, rewards, and events.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales, product marketing, or sales enablement in B2B SaaS, exceeding targets, understanding HR sales.
- 3+ years leadership experience preferred; builder mindset for IC infrastructure building.
- Self-directed, adaptable learner in fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- Product-obsessed with ability to simplify complex leave management via teaching materials.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication, rapport-building, active listening.
