What you will do

  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and visibility of the Assurance and Tax sales pipeline.
  • Serve as the primary CRM administrator, ensuring standardized opportunity stages and data standards.
  • Monitor data quality to proactively resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps in the pipeline.
  • Prepare materials for pipeline review meetings, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support growth initiatives through the development of CRM analytics and reporting.
  • Assist with the development of sales materials, proposals, and commission tracking in coordination with Finance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or sales support.
  • Experience in professional services, B2B, or a multi-service organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with professionals at all levels.
  • Must be based in the Chicagoland area.
