TL;DR

Manager, Enterprise MSP (SaaS): Leading and scaling the Enterprise MSP sales team to drive new revenue and expand strategic accounts with an accent on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Focus on coaching Enterprise Account Executives and Key Account Managers, optimizing pipeline health, and driving predictable enterprise revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Not eligible for hire within the city limits of Chicago.

Salary: Base $150,000 – $175,000; OTE $300,000 – $350,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives and Enterprise Key Account Managers.
  • Drive enterprise MSP go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Guide the team through complex sales cycles, including technical evaluations, security reviews, and executive alignment.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting to ensure predictable enterprise revenue performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top enterprise sales talent while building repeatable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, specifically selling to MSPs or enterprise IT organizations.
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing Account Executives.
  • Strong track record of pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Salesloft.
  • Must be based in specific US states (as listed in Location).
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
