Salary: $52,000–$72,000 (Base) + Commission

What you will do
- Identify and research target accounts across key industries aligned with growth goals.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to decision-makers.
- Nurture and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to uncover business needs and budgets.
- Schedule discovery and introductory meetings for the Sales team.
- Apply consultative selling techniques and value-based messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable mindset.
