Salary: $75,300 - $83,700 a year

hirify.global is a remote-first SaaS provider for healthcare, with a Revenue Enablement team supporting Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services through tools and training.

What you will do

  • Partner on strategic initiatives and process innovation, translating requests into scalable solutions for revenue performance.
  • Drive best practices across systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, Kantata, Gong, and Power BI for forecasting, pipeline, customer health, and project delivery.
  • Lead solution enablement by designing plans, frameworks, playbooks, and governance for technology, process, and people adoption.
  • Enable change management and continuous improvement through training, communication, and feedback loops with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of business workflows and interest in identifying inefficiencies and process improvements.
  • Basic proficiency in interpreting data and creating actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and familiarity with at least one other revenue tool (e.g., Gainsight, Gong, Kantata, or Power BI)
  • Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience driving adoption of new processes and systems through training, communication, and feedback loops.

Nice to have

  • Ability to connect system/process improvements to revenue growth and organizational goals.
  • Comfort with data flows, integrations, and system architecture concepts.
  • Experience supporting enablement efforts, such as creating training materials or coordinating sessions.
