Senior Account Executive (Insurtech): Drive growth across Insurance Technology consulting practice by selling implementation, integration, and advisory services to MGAs, intermediaries, and carriers with an accent on modernizing underwriting, streamlining operations, and leveraging data and AI. Focus on building executive relationships, managing full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, and expanding accounts with new solutions.

Location: Remote (US-based, one of the largest CPA firms in the United States)

Salary: $130,000 (midpoint)

What you will do

  • Lead business development for Insurance Technology consulting practice.
  • Build and manage relationships with executives across P&C insurance value chain.
  • Identify and close opportunities for Insurtech platform implementations and advisory services.
  • Partner with delivery teams to position as trusted advisor in insurance and technology transformation.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Expand existing accounts and represent at conferences and events.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years in enterprise sales or business development for technology consulting or software vendors
  • Proven success selling professional services, SaaS implementations, or Insurtech solutions in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, bordereaux, and policy administration systems
  • Deep network across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors
  • Consultative selling style for multi-threaded enterprise deals
  • Track record exceeding sales targets and building long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
