Salary: $172,715–$211,756 per year

What you will do

• Generate new business revenue and establish long-term relationships with community-based health care and integrated delivery systems.
• Develop and lead specific account strategies to ensure client retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal MCL departments to meet strategic goals and client expectations.
• Communicate the value of the laboratory to health system executive leadership.
• Lead multifunctional client and MCL teams to drive mutually beneficial partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration.
• 3 years of sales, business management, or health care industry experience.
• Must reside within the territory of support (MN, IA, NE, KS, or CO).
• No visa sponsorship available (not eligible for F-1 STEM OPT extension).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80%.
• Required 2-year commitment to the role.
