What you will do

• Develop and standardize member experience and youth programming across all club locations.
• Create scalable, innovative events and lifestyle offerings for diverse demographics.
• Partner with on-site Directors to ensure consistent execution of programs and brand standards.
• Provide oversight for large-scale events, camps, and youth-focused initiatives.
• Analyze program performance and profitability to make strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with F&B, Golf, and Fitness departments to integrate comprehensive lifestyle programming.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in member experience, programming, or club operations.
• Proven track record in multi-location leadership and event implementation.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel to various portfolio properties.
• Based in or able to work from Lake Mary, Florida.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Recreation Management, or Business.
