Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive execution and accountability across senior stakeholders for various new business projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Act as the business owner for the Interior Design & Hospitality vertical, scaling it from $5M to $20M GMV.
• Own and optimize core funnel metrics, including form submissions, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Manage and oversee a contracted growth marketing team.
• Perform customer interviews and translate findings into actionable go-to-market improvements.
