Practice Manager

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor practice productivity, budgets, key performance metrics, and daily operations.
• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality programs, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and operational tracking tools.
• Partner with physicians and leadership on billing compliance, scheduling, special projects, and practice improvements.
• Support teammate performance, communication, collaboration, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, management, radiology, or private practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Nashville, Tennessee.
