What you will do

• Shape clinical direction, ensure quality, and foster innovation in neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Provide supervision and management for Assistant Psychologists and support professional growth.
• Redesign pathways, establish and update SOPs, conduct audits, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Handle consultations for complex cases and oversee clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, influence strategic initiatives, and represent at partner meetings.
• Engage directly with clinicians to align practices with policies and enhance client experience.

Requirements

• UK-based (Fully remote) with DBS/PVG checks required.
• Excellent experience in Autism and ADHD assessment (ADOS, ADI-R).
• Qualified Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disabilities Nurse, or Psychologist.
• Experience providing supervision to Assistant Psychologists.
• Deep expertise in clinical operations, governance, SOPs, audits, and NICE guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate cross-functionally, and commit to ethical/safeguarding standards.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting other managers in coaching teams.
• Capacity to educate external market about services.
