What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing team while providing limited hands-on clinical care.
• Manage team performance, SLAs, and KPI goals to ensure safety and standardization.
• Guide the development of nursing policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.
• Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of a US-based clinical team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads as a subject matter expert on health projects.
• Analyze health trends and lab reviews to manage member journeys toward disease reversal.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple electronic documentation systems and business tools (Slack, Google).
• Ability to manage large caseloads in a fast-paced environment.
