Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hubs - 3 days per week)
Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Clinical Quality Specialists, managing performance and driving independent solutions.
- Own the provider quality program, defining clinical standards and driving measurable improvements across the network.
- Oversee MIC program integrity and VBC performance monitoring to ensure targets against payor contracts are met.
- Manage payor audit readiness and proactively identify and resolve clinical risks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Payor teams to translate clinical priorities into action.
- Communicate program performance, priorities, and trade-offs to company leadership.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5–7 years of clinical quality experience with demonstrated end-to-end program ownership.
- Direct experience managing clinical quality teams and addressing performance constructively.
- Working knowledge of measurement-informed care (PHQ-9, GAD-7) and value-based care performance monitoring.
- Ability to analyze KRs and quality metrics to execute necessary operational work.
Nice to have
- Experience with payor audits or documentation compliance.
- Experience with network quality management in telehealth or 1099 provider models.
