Location: Remote from France (Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm CEST)

What you will do

• Interact with members via phone, chat, and email in fluent languages to provide support and manage care coordination including sign-ups, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments, develop action plans, and refer to appropriate care modalities.
• Assess and manage member crises like suicide risk with in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow-up.
• Provide psycho-education, motivational assistance for mental health, substance use, and relationship concerns.
• Research and document crisis resources for members in different countries and summarize interactions in English documentation systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, participate in meetings, trainings, and projects to ensure smooth member experience.

Requirements

• Masters degree in behavioral health field with licensure/certification as counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist
• Fully bilingual (written/spoken) in English and French
• Minimum 2+ years direct clinical care experience post-licensure
• Comfortable with multiple computer platforms, fast-paced ambiguous environment, and worldwide member interactions
• Excellent clinical judgment, empathy, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Additional language fluency (e.g., French Canadian, Spanish)
