What you will do

• Develop scientific and clinical strategies to differentiate brands in the health and wellness market.
• Collaborate with copywriters and medical writers to ensure scientific accuracy and clinical relevance throughout the creative process.
• Review medical content and distill complex scientific information into actionable strategic insights.
• Provide strategic medical recommendations based on market changes to enhance brand communications.
• Partner with strategic planning for insight mining through interviews with physicians and patients.
• Produce accurate scientific output and act as a scientific sounding board for creative concepts.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in medical communications.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Advanced scientific degree (Ph.D., MD, or PharmD) preferred.
• Ability to provide medical expertise across a broad range of therapeutic categories.
• Location: Must be based in New York to accommodate required in-office days.
