Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain). Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, developing high levels of engagement with key decision makers.
  • Identify growth opportunities to expand the portfolio through up-selling and cross-selling hirify.global products.
  • Leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to solve common account problems and ensure long-term solutions.
  • Act as a primary liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth product integrations.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
  • Strong ability to analyze and translate data into actionable insights for customers.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
