TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS/HR Tech): Managing relationships with a diverse customer base to ensure platform satisfaction and retention with an accent on customer health management and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving product adoption, resolving escalations, and reducing churn through data-driven insights.

Location: Must be currently based within the EMEA region (including Poland, Portugal, South Africa, and Spain)

Salary: €30K - €45K

What you will do

  • Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of customers to ensure high engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Address and manage customer health cases and respond to inquiries within the Success scope.
  • Conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and escalation calls to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing to maximize platform value.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and scalability in customer success processes.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure customer retention and mitigate churn risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a quota-carrying role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Must be currently based within the EMEA region.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English language is required.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple customer relationships and driving success initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the HR industry and international employment practices.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, Asana, Notion, and Slack.
