Focus on lead generation, contract negotiations, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location: Bilbao, Spain + North Areas (frequent travel ~60% of time, 3 days/week; remainder flexible remotely or coordinated)

What you will do

  • Develop clusters strategically to expand market presence in your territory.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, cold prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary point of contact.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to decision-makers convincingly.
  • Support implementation and identify upselling opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate sales activity documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish (native) and good English (B2/C1) for global team communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or similar) +8 years in key account management or sales.
  • Experience selling complex services like SaaS, payment solutions; ideally parking/smart city/tech.
  • Proven sales track record, negotiation skills, results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce) and Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker in dynamic environment.

  • Experience with P&D systems or mobile apps.
