What you will do
- Develop clusters strategically to expand market presence in your territory.
- Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, cold prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as primary point of contact.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to decision-makers convincingly.
- Support implementation and identify upselling opportunities in existing accounts.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate sales activity documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (native) and good English (B2/C1) for global team communication.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or similar) +8 years in key account management or sales.
- Experience selling complex services like SaaS, payment solutions; ideally parking/smart city/tech.
- Proven sales track record, negotiation skills, results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce) and Google Suite.
- Self-motivated, independent worker in dynamic environment.
