What you will do
- Engage with customers to ensure successful adoption of the automation solution.
- Provide expert technical support for customer queries and technical needs.
- Influence the product features and roadmap based on direct customer feedback.
- Stay current with the latest trends in the Security and Security Automation landscape.
- Collaborate with a global Field Engineering team across different time zones.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in technical support or an equivalent technical role.
- Proven experience in security, automation, scripting, and working with APIs.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with Zendesk or other professional ticketing/support management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with PowerShell.
