What you will do

• Support the full sales lifecycle for service supply chain contracts, including spare parts logistics and global trade management.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, providing weekly and quarterly insights to leadership.
• Administer and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and configuring complex B2B workflows.
• Develop sales playbooks, pricing models, and approval workflows for multi-year service contracts and SLAs.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and create reports for executive reviews, QBRs, and board updates.
• Support deal desk functions, including reviewing RFPs/RFIs and coordinating pricing and margin analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced analytics certification.
• Experience in logistics, service parts, or post-sales support industries.
• Experience with CPQ or pricing tools.
