What you will do

  • Directly manage and provide strategic guidance to Strategic Sales Representatives for key accounts and market segments.
  • Provide hands-on deal support and coach the team on complex contract negotiations and presentations to C-level executives.
  • Drive revenue growth by using data-driven insights to identify high-potential opportunities and optimize pipeline velocity.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team through 1:1 meetings and personalized development plans to exceed KPIs.
  • Partner with RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve internal processes, tooling, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of sales experience, including 3–5+ years leading Strategic Sales teams in SaaS, EdTech, or K-12 sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-velocity sales teams in high-accountability environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving predictable revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Must be based in the US and available for occasional travel to industry events.
