Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $72,500 - $87,500 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 150–300 customers with accountability for retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes.
- Execute renewal strategies to reduce risk and secure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct discovery to align product value with customer goals and position the company as a strategic partner.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Implement scalable 1:many engagement motions, including segmentation and automation.
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and Salesloft to maintain operational rigor.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing a large or high-volume portfolio of accounts.
- Proven success owning renewals, retention, or expansion targets.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to handle high-volume proactive calls and customer conversations weekly.
- Experience with scalable or tech-touch customer success motions.
- Strong prioritization skills and a data-driven approach to measuring success.
Nice to have
- Background in the education sector.
- Experience with Gong, Salesloft, or Salesforce.
