Location: Hybrid (Remote and In Person) in Ukraine, Poland, or Czech Republic

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Expand the active client base to build a predictable and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services.
  • Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Fluent English (B2+ level).
  • Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, or Czech Republic.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian languages.
