What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel and SLAs.
- Collaborate with account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Expand the active client base to build a predictable and healthy sales pipeline.
- Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services.
- Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Fluent English (B2+ level).
- Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, or Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian languages.
