Location: Remote (Must be based in Ohio and able to travel regularly within the region)

hirify.global is an Edtech platform that empowers childcare providers to launch and grow their businesses through software, coaching, and government partnerships.

What you will do

  • Guide childcare providers through their full lifecycle, from initial onboarding and launch to ongoing growth and expansion.
  • Coach providers on small business fundamentals, including pricing, budgeting, financial planning, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Support providers in navigating state licensing requirements, regulatory processes, and inspection preparations.
  • Lead technical onboarding and training for the hirify.global platform to drive feature adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Help providers build enrollment pipelines, manage local branding, and improve parent engagement.
  • Conduct regular in-person field visits and facilitate workshops or group sessions across the region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or business consulting.
  • Experience working directly with entrepreneurs or small business owners.
  • Strong understanding of business fundamentals such as operations, budgeting, and pricing.
  • Ability to effectively train non-technical users on software platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Ohio region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., childcare, education, or healthcare).
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Background in coaching or mentoring business owners.
