What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and retention.
  • Create engagement strategies to build trust and long-term relationships with school clients.
  • Act as a customer advocate, providing internal feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze account data and activity reports to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Establish scalable, data-driven processes to meet team and company goals.
  • Present account progress and quota reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring staff.
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CS tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Pendo.
  • Experience in K-12 or ticketing industries is preferred.
