Location: Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and retention.
- Create engagement strategies to build trust and long-term relationships with school clients.
- Act as a customer advocate, providing internal feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze account data and activity reports to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
- Establish scalable, data-driven processes to meet team and company goals.
- Present account progress and quota reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring staff.
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and value drivers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CS tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Pendo.
- Experience in K-12 or ticketing industries is preferred.
