Senior Consultant SAP Test Management (SAP)

Location: Remote within Germany; office locations include Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Görlitz, Hamburg, and Munich.

What you will do

• Lead testing for SAP S/4HANA migration projects and coordinate test teams across all project phases.
• Manage collaboration with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and multiple project teams.
• Design and implement test strategies, plans, scopes, types, levels, and test data management processes.
• Guide the use of Tricentis and SAP Solution Manager, oversee test case design, manage defects, and provide transparent reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete QA documentation, including traceability from test plans to test cases.
• Improve testing processes, advance test automation, and contribute to hirify.global's SAP testing capabilities and service portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing testing for SAP projects and deep knowledge of SAP-specific testing methods and processes.
• Broad functional SAP knowledge and proficiency with SAP Solution Manager Focused Build, Cloud ALM, XRay, and HP-ALM.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple teams with strong organizational, accountability, and communication skills.
• Fluency in traditional and agile delivery models, with a consistent focus on software quality.
• Strong client orientation, a pragmatic hands-on approach, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Business-fluent German at C1 level and ISTQB certification required.
