Test Manager (SAP)

Location: Málaga, Spain; work from the Málaga office, hybrid, or fully remote.

What you will do

• Define and maintain risk-based test approaches for SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and transformation activities.
• Build test suites covering process variants, integrations, controls, non-functional requirements, and end-to-end traceability.
• Plan and run SIT, end-to-end, UAT, and non-functional testing cycles with process teams, system teams, business SMEs, and partners.
• Lead defect triage, ownership assignment, root-cause analysis, retesting, and resolution through closure.
• Manage test data readiness, including synthetic and masked production data, refreshes, privacy, and compliance controls.
• Track test KPIs, report quality risks, and provide transparent progress updates to the PMO, sponsors, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of testing or QA experience, including at least 3 years managing test cycles.
• Proven Test Manager experience in SAP programs, including S/4HANA, BW/Analytics, and CPI/PO.
• Experience orchestrating SIT, end-to-end testing, and UAT with partners and business teams.
• Strong defect triage leadership, stakeholder management, risk reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of O2C, P2P, H2R, and R2R value streams, APIs, middleware, jobs, and integration points.
• Experience with test management and ALM tools, requirement traceability, System Integrators, and complex vendor ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Experience with POS, e-commerce, selling, and logistics systems.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating performance and security testing, data masking, and privacy controls.
• ISTQB, TMMi, SAFe, or Agile certification.
