What you will do
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects to achieve quality objectives.
- Manage ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest for test execution, reporting, and defect tracking.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation aligned with ISTQB best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and report defects.
- Implement testing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to increase coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and support compliance with quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related field.
- Strong expertise with ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest.
- Knowledge of ISTQB testing methodologies and experience with Agile and Scrum.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior testing or team lead role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Communicative English and fluent French are required.

- ISTQB or related testing certifications.
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams.
