Senior Test Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work in Düsseldorf, Germany, with availability to travel onsite to clients.

What you will do

• Own the scope of incident-fixing deliveries and the quality assurance phase of larger releases.
• Manage and coordinate customer test campaigns across all relevant test phases.
• Lead System Integration Testing and coordinate customers during User Acceptance Testing.
• Define test plans, schedules, entry and exit criteria, and quality reporting.
• Monitor defect lifecycles, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop scalable test approaches and promote risk-based testing and quality assurance best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a senior test leadership role.
• Strong understanding of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect management, and test governance.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of test methodologies, quality metrics, and test reporting.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools.
• Availability to travel onsite to clients.
