Consultant Lead, Professional Services (E2E Testing)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Create end-to-end test strategies and test plans from requirements, contract information, implementation plans, and project timelines.
• Define and manage manual end-to-end test cases across implementation testing phases.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, performance testing, and security testing with clients, business testers, implementation teams, development, and test automation specialists.
• Plan, monitor, and manage test execution, defect management cycles, project risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide stakeholder and executive-level reporting and participate in client Go/No Go decisions.
• Identify testing best practices, improve current processes, and coordinate automation portfolio development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end test management consulting and medium- to large-scale implementations.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end processes, financial product testing cycles, implementation testing phases, and complex implementation projects.
• Experience with JIRA, defect management tools, and functional and performance testing tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, plus strong written communication with senior management and business leaders.
• Fluent English required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt, learn, and solve problems.

Nice to have

• Certification in Agile Project Management or testing.
• Exposure to AI tools for improving testing methodologies.
