What you will do

  • Own reactivation and repurchase strategies, steering long-term customer success KPIs.
  • Lead execution of user flows, campaigns, and evolve into automated ecosystem.
  • Craft on-brand copy and visuals using AI tools.
  • Build A/B testing culture with hypotheses on content, triggers, incentives.
  • Partner with Product to extend features into CRM touchpoints.
  • Integrate marketing campaigns and launches into personalized parent communications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years CRM experience in B2C, ideally app-based products.
  • Expertise in complex automation triggers and lifecycle setups.
  • Strong analytics for KPIs, cohort analysis, segmentation, monitoring systems.
  • Native-level German and fluent English for empathetic communication.
  • Advanced AI tools for workflows, creative production, ideation.
  • Experience in small lean teams, full lifecycle ownership.
  • Passion for storytelling from user insights.

Nice to have

  • Track record scaling friend-referral systems or launching WhatsApp/RCS channels.
