What you will do

• Manage all Amazon Marketing activities, specifically Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMG, for a portfolio of clients.
• Design, plan, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns to achieve defined performance goals.
• Develop tailored campaign strategies for new and existing customers based on their business objectives.
• Mentor other campaign managers and enhance the quality of management by improving processes and reporting tools.
• Develop the company's consulting portfolio by integrating new market trends and technology developments.
• Drive strategic initiatives with opportunities to transition into leadership roles.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in online and performance marketing.
• In-depth expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console), ideally including DSP, AMG, and Amazon SEO.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with PivotTables.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented technical understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be able to work from the Hamburg office (Hybrid).

• Proficiency in German.
