TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SDR): Driving the initial outreach and pipeline generation for a digital revenue recovery platform with an accent on prospecting, lead qualification, and strategic account mapping. Focus on conducting high-level conversations with senior executives, managing outbound sales cycles, and collaborating with the AE team to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
Location: Must be based in the NYC Metro area (Hybrid role with mandatory office days).
Salary: $64,350 USD base + uncapped commissions.

What you will do
- Prospect and source brands that require digital revenue protection solutions.
- Execute initial outreach via email, phone, social media, and networking.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with senior executives at target accounts.
- Analyze prospective clients' online risks and current processes to qualify opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales management to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proven experience in SaaS, digital, or software industries.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or SalesLoft.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in the NYC Metro area.
Nice to have
- Experience with prospecting systems like ZoomInfo or SalesNavigator.
- Background or knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and Brand protection.
- Strong desire to grow into an Account Executive role.
