Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 annually

What you will do
- Drive net-new pipeline generation and accelerate deal progression for priority enterprise targets.
- Own the engagement strategy for Active Twins to strengthen retention and reduce churn.
- Transition from one-off campaigns to repeatable growth systems using a structured testing approach.
- Define and optimize cross-channel strategies, ensuring alignment between programs and business goals.
- Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team focused on accountability and speed.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Sales teams to align growth programs with product experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in growth, revenue marketing, or member engagement within B2B, B2B2C, or health tech.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and retention outcomes.
- Highly data-driven approach to experimentation, testing, and iteration.
- Strong ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or regulated environments is preferred.
