TL;DR

Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 annually

What you will do

  • Drive net-new pipeline generation and accelerate deal progression for priority enterprise targets.
  • Own the engagement strategy for Active Twins to strengthen retention and reduce churn.
  • Transition from one-off campaigns to repeatable growth systems using a structured testing approach.
  • Define and optimize cross-channel strategies, ensuring alignment between programs and business goals.
  • Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team focused on accountability and speed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Sales teams to align growth programs with product experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth, revenue marketing, or member engagement within B2B, B2B2C, or health tech.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and retention outcomes.
  • Highly data-driven approach to experimentation, testing, and iteration.
  • Strong ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or regulated environments is preferred.
