What you will do
- Lead the growth marketing function, overseeing PPC, SEO, analytics, and content/landing page development.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar media budget using Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing.
- Develop a multi-layered attribution approach combining lift studies, geo-holdouts, and platform tests.
- Optimize full-funnel strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic channels.
- Build and maintain a structured experimentation pipeline to connect tests to budget and roadmap decisions.
- Lead and mentor a senior growth team of 4-6 specialists, elevating them into strategic operators.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, specifically in high-AOV B2C categories.
- Hands-on experience with MMM, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution for long conversion windows.
- Proven ability to build attribution and measurement infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong quantitative fluency in SQL, Tableau (or equivalent BI), and advanced spreadsheets.
- Experience leading and developing senior growth teams.
- English: Professional fluency required (all applications must be submitted in English).

- Experience shipping offline conversion pipelines or server-side conversion APIs.
- Experience with LTV-based bidding signals.
