What you will do
- Build and grow trusted relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring their long-term success
- Identify new opportunities within accounts to drive revenue growth and expand Capi’s footprint
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights back to product and operations teams
- Deliver localized solutions that meet client needs in a fast-changing market
- Track account performance and competitive dynamics to maintain a sharp value proposition
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Abidjan
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, ideally in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
- Strong track record managing senior-level client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to work independently in fast-paced settings
Nice to have
- Experience working in or with emerging markets
- Experience in VC-backed startups or top-tier consultancies
- Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
