What you will do

• Build and grow trusted relationships with key corporate accounts ensuring long-term success
• Identify new revenue growth opportunities within accounts and expand Capi’s footprint
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights to product and operations teams
• Deliver localized solutions tailored to client needs in a fast-changing market
• Track account performance and competitive dynamics to maintain a sharp value proposition

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dakar, Senegal
• 3 to 5+ years experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, ideally in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
• Strong track record managing senior-level client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to work independently in fast-paced settings

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with emerging markets
• Experience in VC-backed startups or top-tier consultancies
• Familiarity with modern CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
