Focus on formalizing requirements, creating acceptance criteria, documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders and developers.

What you will do

• Translate business ideas into structured requirements
• Formalize, document, and visualize requirements
• Convert complex requirements into acceptance criteria
• Coordinate requirements with business stakeholders
• Interact with development team throughout SDLC
• Maintain documentation and monitor BA processes

Requirements

• Russian B2, both written and oral
• English B1, both written and oral
• 3+ years of hands-on BA experience
• Proven business and systems analysis skills
• Experience with 1C software
• Experience with accounting and business applications projects
• Knowledge of visual modeling notations
• Experience in Agile methodologies
