Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) — 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver integration solutions for the hirify.global Dimension system using custom integration tools.
• Gather, analyze, and document client technical requirements to ensure seamless deployment.
• Participate in global implementation projects as part of the Platform & Integration team.
• Prepare test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform unit testing, document developed components, and present delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration implementation projects, ideally within the Fintech sector.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT and other data transformation standards.
• Experience with integration technologies such as IBM WebSphere, MQ Series, APIs, or similar.
• Familiarity with financial industry standards like SWIFT and Bloomberg.
• Strong command of English.
