IT Analyst (Fintech): Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for mortgage solutions within a complex enterprise environment with an accent on system integrations, APIs, and microservices. Focus on translating business needs into technical specifications, designing data mappings, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams.

Location: Hybrid (Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa), at least 2 days per week from the office

Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for mortgage systems.
• Translate business needs into user stories, development tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and validate requirements for system integrations, APIs, and microservices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of solution design with goals.
• Resolve analytical questions during the software design, development, and testing phases.
• Create high-quality process, data, and information modeling documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT or Business Analysis within the financial or banking sector.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and data mapping.
• Strong ability to elicit and document integration and interface requirements.
• Proficiency in modeling data structures, information flows, and business processes.
• Experience creating technical specifications and managing backlogs.
• English: proficiency required for daily interaction in an international environment.
