What you will do

• Develop holistic AI-powered GTM systems for enterprise clients in collaboration with GTM experts.
• Build internal AI-driven systems to optimize the company's own lead generation efforts.
• Advise, support, and train clients on the implementation of GTM systems and best-practice strategies.
• Continuously develop skills and maintain thought leadership in the rapidly evolving AI sales landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building outbound lead generation systems using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Clay.com, including strong skills in building and structuring data tables.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects within an agency environment.
• Excellent English proficiency; German language skills are a significant advantage.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think in systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or other major CRM platforms.
